• Brady® "SAFETY INSPECTION" Green/White Safety Inspection Tag measuring 4" X 7" is made of B-851 economy polyester and features a 3/8" grommet hole. Tag features "EQUIPMENT ID / LOCATION / DATE / BY" legend on both front and back. Safety inspection tag can withstand moisture, grease as well as dirt. Tag informs the employees that equipment has been inspected and is in good condition. It features 2 chamfered corners and comes with a nylon fastener. It meets OSHA 1910.145 standard and is sold as 10 per pack.
