• Accuform® "NOTICE CHEMICAL HAZARD" Safety Sign measuring 10" X 7" is made of dura-fiberglass material and contains hazard rating for the four diamonds as well they are identified and defined, plus space to fill in the chemical name. Sign kit option includes one sign in material choice, 15 numbers includes three sets of 04, specific hazard symbols OX, Use no water symbol, SA, ACID, COR, ALK and Radiation symbol and a NFPA wallet guide. Dura-fiberglass is ideal for harsh indoor and extreme outdoor industrial strength applications and image is printed is on rigid fiberglass material. It will not crack, chip, fade or turn yellow prematurely. It is protected by 2-mil high-gloss UV polyester over laminate film and is impervious to mold, mildew, stains and rust. It conforms to OSHA 29 CFR 1910.145 standards.
