• Brady® Yellow Blank Accident Prevention Tag measuring 3" X 5 3/4" is made of B-851 economy polyester material that meets all pull requirements of OSHA's 50lb. Blank tag with nylon fasteners is designed to withstand moisture, grease and dirt. Tag with two chamfered corners features a 3/8" Dia grommeted hole for easy accommodation of padlocks. OSHA 1910.145 standard tested tag has textured write on surface that grants to write dates, special instructions and authorized signatures. It is sold as 25 per pack.
