• Accuform Signs® "WARNING ARC FLASH AND SHOCK HAZARD APPROPRIATE PPE REQUIRED" Label with graphic measures 3 1/2" X 5" and is made from 6 mil thick poly-composite while the printed image is secured by 2 mil UV resistant polyester over-laminate. Arc flash label also displays the message of "Do not operate controls or open covers without appropriate personal protection equipment. Failure to comply may result in injury or death! Refer to NFPA 70E for minimum PPE requirements". Adhesive dura-vinyl label can be used to communicate the specific potential dangers involved with electrical equipment. It has a permanent, acrylic adhesive back with a peel-off liner and attaches to smooth, curved or irregular surfaces. Label is resistant to abrasions, humidity, solvents and fading from sunlight. It conforms to OSHA 29 CFR 1910.145 standards.
