Item Details

AccuformNMC "CAUTION DO NOT OPERATE" Accident Prevention Safety Tag with disciplinary action warning on back measuring 5 3/4" X 3 1/4" is printed on 15-mil thick rigid plastic for durability with a standard back A. It features an abrasion-resistant writable surface and does not break down over a wide range of temperatures.
