  • Accuform Signs® "NFPA" Blue/Red/Yellow/Black/White Self Laminating Hazardous Material Tag measuring 5 3/4" X 3 1/4" is made from 10 mil pulp-free, synthetic cardstock material for more flexibility that is tear-resistant and waterproof. PF-Cardstock tag is perfect for calling people's attention to the location and existence of MSDS/SDS information that is provided by law. Safety tag includes a 3/8" hole at the top having pre-attached self-adhesive, clear polyester flap for easy using. Tag including NFPA symbols helps to communicate and complies with OSHA 29 CFR 1920.1200 by conveying important chemical hazard information. Tag is sold as 25 per pack.
