Tag features ""DEFECTIVE EQUIPMENT"" legend on front and ""DO NOT REMOVE THIS TAG"" legend on back. Accident prevention tag features textured write-on surface that allows for dates, authorized signatures and for special instructions. Chemical resistant tag features 2 chamfered corners. Tag is easy-to-read and comes with a nylon tie. It meets OSHA 1910.145 standard and is sold as 10 per pack.
