Tag features TEMPORARILY OUT OF USE"" legend on front and back. Accident prevention tag features textured write-on surface that allows for dates, authorized signatures and for special instructions. Chemical resistant tag features 2 chamfered corners. Tag comes with a nylon tie and meets OSHA 1910.145 standard. Tag is ideal for harsh plant environments and is sold as 10 per pack.
