  • Accuform Signs® "DANGER UNSAFE DO NOT USE" Accident Prevention Safety Tag with disciplinary action warning on back measuring 5 3/4" X 3 1/4" is printed on 15-mil thick rigid plastic for durability with a standard back A. Tag is ideal for indoor as well as outdoor applications and helps to identify clearly and alert staff about cautions. It features an abrasion-resistant writable surface and does not break down over a wide range of temperatures. Tag endures stretching and piping and the top has a 3/8" hole that is reinforced with metal grommet to avoid pull off. The scratch resistant tag resists UV rays for 3 -12 months and is sold as 25 per pack.
