• 3M™ DBI-SALA® Saflok™ Steel Carabiner consists of self-locking, self-closing gate for more security and safety. Carabiner with 2" gate opening features durable steel construction. Gate face of the carabiner can withstand a load of 3600 lb and is compatible with many connecting rings. Before rotating the carabiner, triple twist locking mechanism must be pulled up. Roll pin of the carabiner when installed offers a captive eye for the connection of a lifeline, lanyard or similar component. Carabiner with a minimum tensile strength of 5000 lb meets all applicable industry standards like ANSI, OSHA and stringent ANSI Z359.
