JBC 28" Dark Blue widebody PVC Traffic Cone with black base is made of PVC for superior durability and superior flexibility. Cone with 4" and 6" 3M reflective collar features a UV inhibitors to prevent fading. It meets MUTCD standards and are NCHRP-350 certified.
