SPECIAL METALS INCONEL 112 ENiCrMo-3 3/32" Dia X 14" Nickel Alloy Welding Electrode featuring high strength at room and elevated temperatures comes in 8 lb hermetically sealed container and offers excellent resistance to corrosion, pitting, crevice corrosion and polythionic acid stress corrosion. Electrode is used for welding INCONEL Alloy 625825, 25-6MO and dissimilar joints like INCONEL Alloys, INCOLOY Alloys, stainless steel, low alloy steel and carbon steels. It meets AWS, ASME and ISO standards. Electrode makes use of direct current and provides excellent operability for groove and fillet welding in the downhand position.

Applications

INCONEL Welding Electrode 112 is used for shielded-metal-arc welding of INCONEL Alloy 625, INCOLOY Alloy 825, INCOLOY Alloy 25-6MO, and other molybdenum-containing stainless steels
