The United Abrasives/SAIT 1/2" X 18" Very Fine Grade Surface Conditioning Belt features non-woven synthetic fiber impregnated with abrasive grain that resists heat build-up and loading. The Blue surface conditioning belt is ideal for cleaning, finishing and to reduce surface roughness. The Flexible splice method offers resistance against breaking/cracking of belt under severe stress. This General-purpose belt is perfect for use on tight radii and hard to reach applications. It is used to apply cosmetic grain/scratch patterns and to polish welds. Durable belt is suitable for use on stainless steel, ferrous/non-ferrous materials, fiberglass as well as rubber.
