Designed with premium aluminum oxide abrasive grain coating, the Bear-Tex Rapid Prep AO fine grit non-woven file belt increases your cut rate up to 20 percent compared to other surface conditioning belts. Durable nylon fiber bonded to the strong Y-weight polyester backing is ideal for projects that require low stretch with durability. Rely on proprietary Clean Bond resin technology and the open coat for smear-free finishes on different materials including high nickel content alloys and minimal loading on aluminum and other soft metal surfaces. This belt is ideal for fine grit final surface blending on different metals and surface shapes.Applications
