  • Accuform Signs® "DANGER DO NOT OPERATE MY LIFE IS ON THE LINE" Safety Tag measuring 5 3/4" X 3 1/4" is printed on 10 mil self laminating RP plastic for durability. Safety tag works effectively in utmost environments and helps to identify clearly and alert staff about cautions. The waterproof tag resists tear and the self-adhesive, clear polyester flap is attached to the top. The top has a 3/8" hole and the flap can be used easily by just lifting the flap, peeling the liner and pressing to seal the flap. It is sold as 5 per pack.
