AccuformNMC "CAUTION" Yellow Accident Prevention Safety Tag with do not remove warning on back measuring 5 3/4" X 3 1/4" is printed on 10 mil polyolefin based PF-cardstock with no wood or paper content and offers a standard back B. Tag is ideal for indoor or short-term outdoor use and is designed to identify clearly and alert staff about cautions. The matte surface is scuff-resistant and effortless to write on with pen or marker. Top has a 3/8" plain hole and endures extreme environments. It will not crack, distort or shrink. The front of the tag has a blank area for customization, with two blank lined areas at the bottom labeled "Signed By" and "Date". It is sold as 25 per pack.Features
