New FlexTech Y9298 gloves from Wells Lamont are designed specifically to protect against cuts and lacerations. In addition to designed cut resistance, the palm is dipped in a polyurethane coating for ultimate dexterity. The shell is made from a unique blend of high performance fibers and stainless steel to help ensure a cooler, safer, and more comfortable glove compared to other options. The back of the glove is uncoated to allow for air circulation. Wells Lamont says more than a third (38%) of timeoff injuries come from cuts and lacerations, so crew members and trades such as HVAC that are susceptible to such injuries will appreciate the protection, along with the fact that the FlexTech Y9298 gloves can be laundered repeatedly for longer life.
