Tweco® Robotic 500 A 6' Air-Cooled MIG Gun with 0.03 - 1/8" wire capacity is machined to match the standard Tweco® rear connector plug. 15H Gun has two-piece body construction while inner tube is machined from a brass alloy and the outer a copper alloy tube. It is ideal for automated welding applications and is directly mounted into the wire feeder.Features
- Engineered to withstand the high duty cycles required for automated weld cells
- Incorporate an air-cooled cablehoz that has a tear resistant, radiation cross-linked polymer extruded over the copper stranding
- Two-piece body construction - inner tube machined from a brass alloy and the outer a copper alloy tube
- Polyester molding compound used to bond the two pieces together
- 1-1/8" diameter insulated mounting surface
- Furnished with 25ct-62 (stock no. 1250-1420) nozzle, 55sw (stock no. 1550-1101) gas diffuser and 15h series contact tips
- Furnished with Tweco robotics conduit
- Field repairable
