ESAB® 0.052" E81T1-Ni1H4 Dual Shield II 80-NI1H4 Low Alloy Flux Cored Welding Wire produces diffusible Hydrogen levels of 4mL/100g over a wide range of welding parameters. It has a tensile strength up to 84 ksi and optimal performance is achieved with 75% argon/25% CO2 shielding gas. Wire comes in a 33 lb spool and finds its applications in petrochemical equipment, bridge fabrication, offshore oil construction, ship fabrication railcar and heavy machinery. It can be used for bridge construction, civil construction, industrial and general fabrication, mobile equipment, railcars and ship/barge building industries.
