  • Air Systems International Blast-Air™ Cart has been designed to meet the demanding needs of the Commercial Sandblasting, Paint and Coatings Industry. The Blast-Air™ Cart features two 300 cfm rear pre-filters with auto-drains to remove large amounts of oil and water discharged from a compressor before it enters the Breather Box®. The pre-filters will extend the Breather Box® filter life and reduce maintenance downtime and costs. It features first stage filter that remove bulk water at 5 micron and second stage filter at 0.01 micron to remove coalescing oil. Third stage manual drain filter removes charcoal at 0.03 micron It has a solid aluminum block manifold with safety relief valve with a pressure of 125 psig. It has maximum inlet pressure of 150 psig and includes visual flow meter, external case mounted CO warning lights and remote DC alarm jack. Air is supplied to the cart from mobile or fixed air compressors. Specify 1/4” Hansen style or Schrader style respirator fittings when ordering. Other fittings available for an additional charge.
