Respirator requirements CANNOT exceed maximum pressure of 20 psi at 4 psi. Maximum 15 psi at 16 cfm output, 20 cfm output at 4 psi. Electric Motor: 2 HP, TEFC, 115/208-230VAC, 20.0/10.0 amps, 60 Hz. Specify 1/4” Hansen style or Schrader style respirator fittings when ordering. Other fittings available for an additional charge.

Caution

  • Do not use kerosene or any oil based solvents for cleaning these compressors
  • Do not lubricate oil less breathing air compressors. Do not run these air compressors in the wrong rotation
  • Check the rotation arrow on the compressor if you are rewiring the electric motor
  • Disconnect the power source before servicing the electric motor
  • Do not run this compressor without connecting at least one hose and respirator to the manifold quick disconnect assembly
  • Compressors must be used with constant flow, low pressure respirators only
  • Pressure demand respirators will not operate on this compressor
  • The breathing air compressor units can not be operated in an area that is immediately dangerous to life or health (IDLH)
  • Up to 150 ft. (46 m) of extension tubing can be used to remote the intake snorkel
  • Do not touch these surfaces until the unit has been shut off and allowed to cool
