Scotch® Tape 23 is a 30 mil, premium grade, highly conformable, rubber splicing tape. The self fusing tape has a special polyester liner, which will not stick to the tape upon unwind. It withstands temperatures up to 194 F (90 C).Features
- Can be applied when stretched or unstretched without a loss in physical or electrical properties.
- Operating temperatures up to 194F (90C) and emergency overload temperature up to 266F (130C)
- The special polyester liner will not stick to the tape upon unwind, protects tape during application
- Can be as primary insulation for building stress cones on cables up to 35 kV for solid dielectric cable
- Compatible with all solid dielectric cable insulation like polyethylene, Butyl Rubber, PVC and more
