Stanley® Proto® 6 Point 1" Drive Impact Socket measuring 2 1/2" is made of forged alloy steel and is designed to use with stubborn or damaged fasteners that are made from soft materials. Socket has a design that allows for quick/easy socket engagement to the fastener flats and minimizes rounding/slippage. It is heat treated for the correct balance of strength, hardness and employs a radius-corner design that shifts contact area and stress away from the fastener. It has a black oxide finish and allows up to 15% more torque to be applied to the fastener.Features
