• Accuform Signs® "DANGER LOCKED OUT MY LIFE IS ON THE LINE" Red/Black/White Self Laminating Lockout/Tagout Safety Tag is made of 15 mil rigid, self-laminating RP-Plastic for added durability. Weather resistant tag suits both dirty and greasy environments. Tag can be used to identify and to alert staff to cautions by providing safety and it works effectively in all enormous environments. Tag includes a self-adhesive, clear polyester flap pre-attached to the top. To use, lift flap, write your information, peel-off the liner and press to seal the flap over the tag to secure the information. It has a 3/8" reinforced metal grommet at the top and is sold as 25 per pack.
