Accident prevention tag features textured write-on surface that allows for dates, authorized signatures and for special instructions. Durable tag features 2 chamfered corners. Tag is easy-to-read and comes with a string fastener. It meets OSHA 1910.145 standard and is sold as 100 per pack.
