Harper 900 Series 13 1/2"" Dia Acetylene/9 1/4"" Dia Oxygen Heavy Duty Cylinder Cart measuring 60"" X 35"" has continuous handle with tow ring and fire barrier with 16"" X 4"" pneumatic wheels. Hand truck has 1 1/4"" tubular steel frame offering continuous push, pull or lift and 1/4"" high strength steel to prevent load from rubbing on wheels. It also has a 3/4"" D-Lok zinc plated axle to resist rust and 5/8"" bore to transport the truck smoothly.Features
