• Accuform Signs® Lockout Centre Store-Board™ Kit with 6 padlocks measuring 14" X 14" is visually identify lockout/tagout devices currently in use at a glance. Lockout/Tagout devices are shadowed on the storage centre so workers can quickly identify that an item is in use or needs to be returned to the designated storage location. Durable 0.063" aluminum boards have aluminum pronged hooks to hang padlock and hasps. It features 3 5/8" X 4 3/4" X 2" thick, molded, clear, poly pocket to hold lockout tags and ties. Kit includes 6 steel padlocks with 3/4" shackle 10 HS-laminate lockout tags, 10 plastic ties, 1 scissor hasp with 1" opening and 1 scissor hasp with 1 1/2" opening.
