• DuPont™ SafeSPEC™ 2.0 Tychem® TK Large Lime Yellow Encapsulated Level A Suit features expanded back and is made of extremely durable fabric that is puncture/tear resistant. Suit features double storm flap with hook And loop closure and double taped seams for added convenience. Seam is provided with a strip of compatible chemical-resistant material for avoiding damages caused by heavy liquid splashes. Suit is designed to protect the wearer from any toxic, corrosive gases, liquids and solid chemicals. The Tychem® TK material used for manufacturing has chemical barrier properties that offer good protection against splash and vapor/gas exposures. It provides barrier protection against 322 chemicals for a minimum time of 30 min. Suit has a faceshield that is constructed using three-layered material where 5 mil Teflon® is sandwiched between 40 mil PVC and 20 mil PVC for extra safety. It features rear entry design that helps in wearing conveniently without any assistance. It is fitted with extra long vapor Tight zipper for increased garment opening and aid donning as well as doffing. Suit comes with internally attached gloves that are made of five layer laminate film for increased potential against a broad range of chemicals. The gloves consist of an inner Ansell™ Barrier® glove and an outer butyl glove. Replaceable gloves are joined to suit with the help of vapor Tight ring and clamp system. Suit is also provided with built-in socks and soles that are made of garment material. It has an adjustable waist belt system that offers a perfect and comfort fit. It features two one-way valves with splash covers that assist on releasing higher pressure inside the suit and eliminating the leakage of external vapors or particles. One valve is placed on left back of head and the other on the right lower back. It is used in industrial, HazMat and domestic preparedness applications. Suit is positive air pressure integrity tested as per ASTM F1052. It is North American Free Trade Agreement compliant and Trade Agreement Act compliant.
