Only the individual who signed the reverse side may remove this lock/tag. Remarks:" Lockout Tag with diagonal stripes measures 3" X 5 1/2" and is made of B-837 heavy-duty polyester that is used for lockout as well as tagout identification. Lockout tag offers completely encapsulated graphics that has capacity to withstand chemicals, grease, moisture and intense temperatures. It features 3/8" Dia heavy-duty brass grommet that accepts various padlock shackles. Tag featuring heavy-duty construction has capacity to hold up to 80 lb pull force, preventing accidental removal. It features -40 to 175 deg F service temperature and accepts pencil, pen as well as marker. It meets OSHA requirement and comes with nylon fasteners.
