• Accuform Signs® Yellow/Red Plastic/Steel Water Cooler Tether Lockout Device is used to maintain the quality of drinking water. Lockout device is secured with a standard padlock to avoid possible cross contamination of the water. Tether design avoids the lid from coming into contact with the cooler body or the ground when the water cooler is opened. PF-Cardstock tag is specially attached to a padlock in order to maintain the water cooler content with specific information. The plastic tether and tab lockout assembly is attached to the water cooler lid and body with stainless steel screws. It is designed to fit the top of most pull-off lid style water coolers.
