  • Accuform Signs® "TO USE FIRE EXTINGUISHER PULL PIN AIM AT BASE OF FIRE SQUEEZE HANDLE SWEEP SIDE TO SIDE" Red/Black/White Fire Inspection Tag measuring 5 3/4" X 3 1/4" is printed made of 15 mil thick rigid RP-plastic for longer durability and features a reinforced metal grommet. It is relatively bendable that is perfect for both indoor and outdoor temporary tagging applications. High-strength chemical, tear, weather and mar-resistant matte surface is best suitable for dirty and greasy environments. The 0.015" stock has a temperature range of -4 to 158 deg F that resists UV rays for 3 - 12 months. Status tag complies with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.28 for scaffolding, alerting defective scaffold and is sold as 25 per pack.
