• Chicago Protective Apparel 30" Combo Jacket is for ideal protecting against radiant heat, foundry and molten metal hazards. The front of the jacket and sleeves are made from 12 oz. aluminized CarbonX®, and the back from 10 oz. navy Oasis®. Aluminized CarbonX® is among the lightest and most flexible fabrics that can pass both the ASTM F955 pour test and European EN 11612 standard for both aluminum and iron. The combo style jacket allows the use of two different kinds of fabrics, which results in a lighter jacket and greater user comfort and mobility. It is also a good style to wear when working in conditions where the more severe hazards face the front of the body.
