Upper half of the cover has a stitched pocket to slip over the steering wheel and bottom has a 3/8" metal grommet hole to house 1 1/2" hasp or padlock securing the cover to the steering wheel. Cover is fitted on standard steering wheels to be seen in order to avoid someone from driving a vehicle that is disabled or being worked on.Features
