• Accuform Signs® Yellow/Black 0.040" Aluminum Pocket Lockout Centre Board Kit measuring 20" X 14" features aluminum pronged hooks to hang padlock and lockout hasps. It has thick molded, clear poly pocket measuring 3 5/8" X 4 3/4" X 2" to hold lockout tags and is ideal for tough environments. Kit includes twelve steel padlock, 3/4" shackle, fifty laminated "Locked out Do Not Operate" plastic tags, fifty plastic ties, one standard style scissor hasp, 1" opening and one standard style Scissor hasp, 1 1/2" opening.
