• Tillman® Universal Size Tan Spats/Leggings with hook and loop closure are made from tough side split cowhide leather and heavy-duty leather oak tanned flare over top of shoe to offer extra durability as well as protection. 7" High spats/leggings include rivet reinforced stress points and adjustable straps to secure protector on shoe. It is sewn with DuPont™ Kevlar® thread throughout to provide high strength and heat protection.
